Chants, Short Invocations and Little Prayers

Circle Casting

Earth nurtures me,
Air surrounds me,
Fire protects me,
Water cleanses me,
Spirit within me.

This chant can also be used when you need to feel protected. If you use it to cast a circle you only need say it once, and there is no need to dispel the circle, for you are creating it within yourself.

Chant to Heal the Sick

While doing dishes

Washing you clean, my friend.
Scrubbing the illness and pain away.
Cleansing you free,
to breathe another day.

Short Invocation to the Goddess

Great Goddess in you I am free,
In you I can be
With you I am
I am you
You are me

Chant for Money

While folding laundry

Folding it up,
nice and tight
this money I have,
I will put away,
for a rainy day.

Short Invocation to the God

Shining above,
Shining with love,
Helping me see
I am you
You are me.

Prayer to the Goddess

Lady of the Moon,
your blessing I ask,
May your nurturing love,
Shine from my eyes and heart
I thank you
For the chance of another day.

Prayer to the God

Lord of the Sun,
your blessing I ask,
May your justice and freedom,
Shine through my mind and soul
I thank you
For the chance of another day.

Chant to the Goddess

Round and Round,
the Moon she goes
Inside, Outside
Above-Below
Waxing-Waning,
Birth-Death.
Wisdoms and blessings
she grants my body tides.

Walking counter clockwise :
May she flow at times from
my eyes,
my lips,
my fingertips;
Enchanting, embracing, empowering,
seducing.

Stop facing altar:
I am the moon, the moon is me.
I am the Goddess, the Goddess is me.

There is such more that I have written but I will not bore you with all of it. I was debating on whether I should put the Rituals I have written. Again I think it best to see the reaction to the page first. The idea behind the Rituals was to put up the Rituals that I had written for the month that we were in. If you like this idea please tell me and it will be so.
