Here you can insert a special prayer you have found, after words meditate a bit, or simply sit and space out same thing. Please remember to keep you palms up.
Standing back up, if you were sitting, pull you hands to shoulder level keeping the palms up, circle them around to the front until you are hugging yourself, with palms up, inhale flip you hands and feel yourself pushing the day into the earth by lowering you hands as you see fit.

Close your circle, then go have a nice cup of tea, and a shower it can be just a rinsing shower if you take you shower in the mornings, no need to use soap, but use hot water to cleanse the Aura
Before doing this ritual please make sure you have all the things needed. I say this because I hate having to leave the circle so that I can go and get the things I need.
In the Earth blessing I use a dried flower and Iris, because using salt after the water itches and the dirt made mud which, itched to.
There is no need to call the elements in casting your circle, drawing it is fine.
As with all the rituals in the Book of Shadows, I have made the page simple so that it is easier to copy and paste to Word or just to print it out, but I recommend the first option.
